You know that your organization needs to continuously improve to be successful and competitive into the future.  You also understand the need to maximize the value of all improvement efforts.   The common sense approach of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence looks good....on paper.  Getting started looks overwhelming.
Whether your organization is using a Baldrige-based approach or not, creating an Organizational Profile can target and align improvements. This presentation will provide practical insight, tips, and options, as well as a case study.  You will learn how to use this Baldrige-based tool to support your organization's unique needs and support achievement of strategic and operational goals.

As a bonus, we will share an update from 2009 Baldrige Recipient Heartland Health and how they have progressed a year after receiving the Award.

The presentation is tailored to anyone who wants to make sure their organization is poised to take advantage of economic growth and to guide successful organizational improvements.  It applies to organizations of all types and sizes.

This is the first of our 2011 Learning and Sharing Series.  Join us for networking, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy light refreshments while gaining insight that benefits both you and your organization.  We will also have copies of the 2011 - 2012 Criteria for Performance Excellence (Business/Nonprofit, Education, and Health Care) available for you to take.
