The Granite State Quality Council and Northern New England Alliance for Excellence are partnering with our sister program Partners in Performance Excellence (PiPEX) serving Massachusetts and New York to bring you this workshop to:

  • Identify the major elements in an effective Measurement and Analysis System
  • Define the "right" metrics - review, report and act upon them
  • Identify ways to display data to tell a compelling story
  • Use data analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement

Who should attend: managers, supervisors, and individual contributors responsible for measuring and improving processe and organizational performance.
