The 2011 GSQC Awards and Recognition Program kicks off in September. There is still time for your organization to submit an application for feedback and recognition at one of our award levels. See the attached file for an overview of the recognition levels or contact the GSQC to discuss which level will provide the most value to your organization.

Seven Recognized as GSQC Examiners

The Granite State Quality Council has recognized seven people for their outstanding service to the State of New Hampshire as Examiners on the 2010 GSQC Board of Examiners. Each of these people completed the New Hampshire/Vermont Examiner Training program in the fall and then participated as an Examiner to evaluate and provide Baldrige-based feedback to organizations submitting an application. Read more…

Annual Best of Best Practices & Networking Event

The GSQC's Annual Best of Best Practices & Networking Event will take place on Monday, May 10.  Join us as GSQC Executive Director Anne Warner provides an overview of the 2009 National Baldrige Recipients and other best practices heard at the Quest for Excellence.  Network with your New Hampshire colleagues and GSQC Board Members to learn from them as well.  This is a great opportunity to get some new and tested ideas for your own organization and catch up with your colleagues.

Intent to Apply Due: September 1, 2010

Application Due: November 15, 2010

Review of Applications: November 15, 2010 to March 31, 2011

Site Visits (if applicable): Between March 1 and April 30, 2011

Feedback Reports Delivered: Between April 1 and May 31, 2011

Recognition Ceremony: May/June 2011

Congratulations to GSQC Chair Tom Raffio

Long-time GSQC Chair Tom Raffio honored as Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year."

On Monday evening, November 16th, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce honored Tom Raffio for his commitment to the community and Governor Lynch proclaimed the day "Thomas Raffio Day".
