Business NH Magazine has named Northeast Delta Dental President and CEO, and GSQC Chair, Tom Raffio Business Leader of the Decade in its May 2010 issue. This recognition acknowledges what all those familiar with Northeast Delta Dental, and what the many nonprofits to which Tom has provided his time and talent already know.
