Pam graduated from West Point, the United States Military Academy in New York. world renowned for its premier leader-development, engineering and professional excellence. She has been in the manufacturing sector in New Hampshire and Massachusetts for more than 20 years. Her company specializes in Quality Management Systems and Quality Engineering in the automotive, manufacturing, customer service, medical device and environmental industries.
Cathy Frankel
Treasurer, GSQC
Manager of Customer Service, Northeast Delta Dental
Cathy tracks the GSQC's monthly income and expenses and completes the state and federal income tax filings.She also works on the governance documentation, including the yearly conflict of interest statement required from each director. In addition, Cathy assists in the planning and facilitation of GSQC events.
Dr. Kevin Riehl

Kevin leads a team of engineers focused on mission success and product assurance to deliver the highest quality products to our warfighters. Kevin is an M.I.T. graduate with a PhD in physics and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Air Force.
Jack Meagher
Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer, New Hampshire Ball Bearings
Jack leads and supports project teams that improve quality and productivity across all product lines. In addition to the GSQC, he is also active in the Granite State Section of the American Society for Quality. Jack is a graduate of UMass Lowell with a degree in Nuclear Engineering.

Richard is a master chocolatier and small business owner as well as the Unix Administrator for Northeast Delta Dental. He serves as a Senior Examiner for the GSQC, VCQ (Vermont Council for Quality), and WSQA (Washington State Quality Award).
