GSQC's Annual Best of Best Practices Event

Registration is open

On Tuesday, June 4th at 4pm the GSQC will present our annual overview of the best practices of the 2012 and former Baldrige Award Recipients

We will share and discuss the best ideas from two days of information provided by the 2012 and previous Baldrige Award Recipients.  These are ideas and practices that can help any organization become more successful.

Baldrige recipients are diverse organizations that have demonstrated sustained financial and competitive success.  They have done this by continuously improving their ability to engage employees and customers [or as appropriate students or patients], and through highly effective and efficient processes.  You are certain to learn at least one idea that you can implement immediately and another for future implementation.

Learn from your own industry; learn from other industries. The 2012 recipients are from small business (MESA Products, Inc.), government (the City of Irving, TX), health care (North Mississippi Health Services) and manufacturing (Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control).  Former recipients represent all of these sectors of our economy as well as the education and service sectors.  Click here to learn more about the 2012 Baldrige Recipients

Learn from each other.  We will also have time to meet and network with colleagues and to share our own experiences on improving performance in our own organizations.
